Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a social secretary for the Investigation Unit of Children and Family.

We are seeking someone who wants to work with investigation and change work within social child and youth care. The social work within Individual and Family Care in Emmaboda Municipality is constantly developing with the ambition to develop qualified investigation and change work with the child in focus. We strive for evidence-based social work, but there should also be openness to unconventional solutions when needed. Collaboration within the organization and with external actors is important to jointly achieve the best solution for the child/young person and the family.

The work is varied and qualified, characterized by good treatment, secure legal processing, and well-founded decisions. The participation of children and parents is central, and we actively work to ensure that children are heard in both investigations and follow-ups.

We work based on BBIC and Signs of Safety and have access to our own well-developed open care. We have external supervision.

Qualifications

• A social work degree (socionom) is required for the position.
• We prefer experience with similar tasks and knowledge of relevant legislation.
• You are flexible and have a desire to see possibilities in social work.
• You express yourself well orally and in writing and have good documentation skills.
• We use the business system Lifecare.
• Education/experience with BBiC is preferred.
• Knowledge of Signs of Safety is an advantage.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.
• A driver's license for manual transmission is required.
