We are now looking for a Team Leader for 1:a Omtanken – a key person who acts as the hub of our operations and contributes to creating safety, structure, and quality for both employees and customers.

About the role

As a Team Leader, you will have broad and significant responsibility for your team. You are the link between the staff, the management, and our customers, working both operationally and administratively. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Ensuring that new schedules are correct and comply with current regulations.
• Introducing and mentoring new staff members.
• Receiving and handling minor complaints from customers and relatives.
• Ordering incontinence products and assistive devices.
• Ensuring that medication is delivered to customers safely and securely.
• Planning and leading certain meetings.
• Supporting the scheduler by verifying that interventions are correct and planned according to customer wishes.

The role also includes on-call duty every sixth week, which involves responsibility for sick leave certificates and schedule changes in Lifecare Planning.

A combination of leadership and care

In addition to the team leader duties, you work as a nursing assistant in the field, giving you close contact with both customers and colleagues. This allows you to gain a deep understanding of the operation's needs and contribute to improving the quality of daily work.
