About Us Skyddsvärnet – anno 1910 is a non-profit organization working to prevent social exclusion through professional interventions that provide help towards self-help.

Per Aspera is a supported housing facility for adults with substance abuse issues, with or without co-occurring disorders, where drug-free living is a requirement. Located in Örebro County, the facility has 9 beds. We offer active rehabilitation and habilitation for individuals with substance abuse issues and/or gambling addiction, with a special focus on individuals with co-occurring disorders or a criminal background.

Job Responsibilities As a temporary staff member, you will primarily work evenings and weekends. Your task is to provide support and care in daily life, thereby contributing to help towards self-help, where each resident follows an individual implementation plan based on their needs and goals.

Furthermore, the work involves contributing to a good atmosphere and a healthy work environment through clear structure, predictability in daily life, routines, and attitudes. Standard duties at the unit include documentation, support with cooking, cleaning, laundry, social training, and transporting clients to healthcare centers, etc.

We are looking for you who

• Have completed or are currently studying education in healthcare, social work, or pedagogy (meritorious).
• Have personal suitability and the ability to support people in change.
• Have experience from similar work.
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Have good computer skills.
