About the role

Do you want to be part of building the country's best youth center activities? We are now looking for a permanent position as a Youth Center Leader at 100% for Hallsberg Municipality's newly started youth center in Pålsboda. In addition to Cylindern in Pålsboda, the youth center activity currently consists of the youth centers Kuben and Romben in Hallsberg's central town.

Responsibilities

You will work as a Youth Center Leader at one of our youth centers, primarily in the evenings, Monday to Friday, with standard tasks. Tasks in collaboration with the municipality's schools will also occur.

Qualifications

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have high social competence that allows you to easily create good relationships and collaborate with both colleagues and external parties.

Furthermore, you are self-reliant, take great personal responsibility, and thrive in a role where you need to be flexible and handle irregular working hours in a fast-paced and changing activity. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Requirements

• Trained Youth Center Leader or other adequate education
• Experience working with children and young people
• Category B driver's license
