Framsteget Unga is a small residential care facility (HVB) with a family atmosphere that takes in boys aged 14–17. We offer treatment, opportunities for schooling or internships, leisure activities, parental support, and assessments when needed. There is space for eight young people who are placed by the social services under the Support and Service Law (SoL) or the Care of Young Persons Act (LVU). Reasons for placement may include relationship issues, diagnoses, traumas, and/or other difficulties that have resulted in various forms of behavioral problems. The methods used by Framsteget Unga include CBT, 12-step programs, A-CRA, Crime as a Lifestyle, and milieu therapy. We are beautifully located in nature in Åsbro, Askersund Municipality.

We are now looking for a social pedagogue or treatment assistant. The work involves an irregular schedule covering days, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call duties.

In your role, you help create a safe and predictable daily life for the young people. You support them with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, hygiene, and shopping. Furthermore, you support the young people in maintaining a functional school attendance (based on individual conditions) and ensure that any healthcare needs are met. As a treatment assistant, you also play an important role in supporting meaningful and active leisure time. You work based on the social services' mandate, which is defined in care and implementation plans. Your work is carried out in accordance with the organization's established policies and routines, and you apply given approaches and methods. Your duties also include documentation in the organization's documentation system. You work in a team with dedicated colleagues, and with your combined expertise, you have the opportunity to achieve good results.

An extract from the police criminal record and a B-category driver's license are requirements for the position.
