We are looking for a social worker who wants to really change lives. With us in social services, you meet people in their most crucial moments, and your contribution can be the difference that gives hope and strength.

At the Child and Family Unit in Askersund, a cheerful group with good cohesion works, and we are looking for you who want to be part of this through work as a social secretary in authority operations. The position involves, to some extent, working as an investigative social secretary where you are to investigate and assess children's and young people's need for support and protection and, based on that, grant and plan interventions. But largely, the position involves working as an intervention case manager where the focus is to coordinate and follow up on various support measures for children and families. With us, the intervention case manager is more than a case manager. You are a secure contact, a support, and sometimes the most important intervention on the way forward.

As an employee in the small municipality, short decision-making paths are one of our strengths. Collaboration with other actors, both internally and externally, is a natural part of the work. You will work with competent, experienced, and courageous colleagues who help each other in everyday life with proximity to management.

You find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

The position requires a B driver's license for manual transmission, where access to a personal car is desirable. Meritorious if you have experience of case handling work based on BBIC.
