Rockesholm Treatment and Education AB is part of Skyddsvärnet – anno 1910. Since 1987, Rockesholm has offered inpatient treatment for adults with substance abuse issues, with or without co-occurring disorders.

Rockesholm is located approximately seven miles north of Örebro and is a residential care home (HVB) with 24 beds. We work with active rehabilitation and habilitation for adults with substance abuse and/or gambling addiction. Some parts of the operation are specifically focused on individuals with co-occurring disorders or those with a criminal background.

Job Responsibilities
As a temporary staff member, you will primarily work evenings and weekends. Your main task is to provide support and nursing care in daily life, thereby contributing to helping others to help themselves. Each patient follows an individual implementation plan based on their specific needs and goals.

The role also involves contributing to a positive atmosphere and good working environment through clear structures, predictability, routines, and attitudes in daily life. Standard duties on the unit include documentation, support with cooking, cleaning, laundry, social skills training, and transporting clients to healthcare centers, among others.

Treatment at Rockesholm is based on the 12-step model and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

We are looking for someone who

Has completed or is currently studying healthcare, social work, or pedagogy (merit).
Has personal suitability and the ability to support people through change.
Has experience from similar work.
Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Is proficient in computer use.
