Consultancy Role via Adecco – Mortgage Debt Handler for Swedbank

We at Adecco are now looking for three dedicated case handlers for an exciting consultancy assignment at Swedbank. The assignment starts on May 18th and runs until November 17th, with very good opportunities for extension and eventual permanent hiring.

About the role

In this role, you will initially work on contacting customers who are behind on their mortgage payments. The focus is on creating sustainable solutions with the customer's finances at the center. You will work in an advisory and solution-oriented manner, where you can, for example, offer repayment plans, payment deferrals, or take other measures within the framework of the bank's regulations.

In the long term, you will also become part of the team driving Swedbank's debt collection unit within the private segment, where you will work more broadly with debt management and related processes.

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a Swedsec Advisor License and/or Mortgage License (meritorious)
• Have good communicative and pedagogical skills
• Are service-oriented and thrive in customer contact
• Have experience in sales and/or customer service
• Have an interest in economics
• Have relevant higher education and at least 1–2 years of work experience in the field
• Previous experience in debt collection is meritorious
