We are now looking for a Junior Quality Technician for Trelleborg Mixing Forsheda AB. Here you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, build broad competence, and grow in the role of Quality Technician.

About the role:

As a Junior Quality Technician, you will become part of our quality department and work closely with production, projects, and experienced process technicians. The role involves gradually taking on more responsibility and developing within quality methods, processes, and customer requirements. You will receive introduction, guidance, and support to grow confidently into the role.

Examples of tasks:

Participate in handling deviations, complaints, and root cause analyses within production.
Support work on improving processes and routines. Participate in internal audits, improvement work, and follow-up of quality goals.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and wants to develop within quality work. You do not need to know everything from the start – what is important is that you have the right foundation and the willingness to learn.

We believe you have:

Technical upper secondary education, Vocational Higher Education (YH), or equivalent education is meritorious.
Interest in quality, production, and technical processes.
Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed.
