We are now looking for a Production Technician

for complex electromechanical products and cabling

About the role

As a Production Technician, you serve as the crucial link between sales and production. We believe in your early involvement in the chain, from the quotation phase to winning the business. You will project manage and follow your quotes and projects into production to ensure that the correct manufacturing methods are applied, with a focus on continuous improvement and waste elimination.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Quotation preparation (new and existing projects)
• Customer contact regarding current projects
• Selecting production methods for new and existing products
• Item preparation and creation of production documentation and control documents
• Initiating investments and proposing the acquisition of production equipment
• Developing alternative components or production solutions when necessary
• Providing technical support to assembly personnel and training employees in new methods and working practices

Qualifications

You have a technical education at the upper secondary or university level. Experience with LEAN concepts is a plus. As a person, you are communicative, pedagogical, flexible, and driven, as the role involves extensive collaboration with various functions within the company.

You should have good knowledge of English and the Office suite.
