Job Description

We are looking for a Requirements Analyst.

Must-have requirements:

• You have at least eight (8) years of experience gained over the last fifteen (15) years in the role of Requirements Analyst or Requirements Manager, involving conducting analysis work, gathering needs, and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements as well as requirements visualization.
• You have at least eight (8) years of experience gained over the last fifteen (15) years of working in teams using agile methods.
• You have at least five (5) years of experience gained over the last ten (10) years of working with requirements management in systems such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or similar.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• The assignment is covered by a security clearance agreement (level 2) and requires a passed security check.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• You have at least three (3) years of experience gained over the last ten (10) years of working in the role of Requirements Analyst with information and process mapping.
• You have at least three (3) years of experience gained over the last ten (10) years of working in the role of Requirements Analyst in assignments related to procurement and implementation of purchased systems.
• You have at least three (3) years of experience gained over the last ten (10) years of working in the role of Requirements Analyst in assignments with high security classification (information classified as K4 or higher) at a government agency.
