At Thermia, you get an independent specialist role where you use your experience to solve technically complex cases, support dealers, and contribute to developing our work forward. You work closely with service, sales, quality, and development, making you an important link between the field and the organization. The role suits you who enjoy being out in the field and want to maintain the connection to technology while having greater opportunities to influence, share your competence, and work more advisory than in a traditional service technician role.

In the role, you are offered competence development, career opportunities, and a flexible workplace. Your closest colleagues are located in Örebro. Here you will spend approximately one day a week when you are not out visiting our customers. Occasionally, you will also visit our headquarters in Arvika, where your manager and several of your other colleagues are located.

Your tasks

You will among other things:

• investigate technical and quality-related cases at dealers and installers
• perform advanced troubleshooting, measurements, and analysis of heat pump systems
• document cases and suggest relevant actions
• provide technical support and assist dealers with complex issues
• contribute insights from the field to internal teams and improvement work
• represent Thermia professionally in contact with customers and partners

Worth knowing

Your direct manager is based at the headquarters in Arvika, where colleagues within service, quality, development, and production are also located. You also have colleagues at the office in Örebro, whom you visit when you are not out meeting dealers and customers.

The role involves travel throughout Sweden, primarily in the Mälaren Valley area. On average, you will be traveling three to four days a week.

Our expectations

To succeed in the role, you have a relevant technical education within, for example, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, energy, or equivalent experience. You have several years of experience from the heat pump industry, preferably as a technician, service technician, installer, or within technical support.

We would like you to have good experience in troubleshooting, service, and analysis of different types of heat pump systems, as well as a strong technical understanding of heat pump technology, control systems, and installations. As a person, you work in a structured and independent manner, have a clear customer focus, and feel confident in guiding and supporting dealers in technical matters.

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, are accustomed to working in digital systems, and have a B driver's license. Since the role involves travel, we also see that you enjoy a mobile daily life and meeting people.
