Trainer for Machine Operators!

About the job

The training is conducted within the framework of labor market training and is aimed at adult participants. As a trainer with us, you will become an important part of the operations. You are responsible for training future machine operators and creating a learning environment that gives participants the right knowledge and prerequisites to succeed in working life. The role involves both practical and theoretical teaching as well as student supervision.

Your responsibilities

• Teach theoretical and practical modules involving machines and construction equipment.
• Support and motivate participants in their development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Maintain contact with the industry to ensure the training matches the needs of the labor market.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a machine operator with a professional certificate and who want to share your knowledge with others. You enjoy meeting people, have patience, and like seeing others develop.

What is important for the role

• Professional certificate as a machine operator (BYN/TYA).
• Alternatively, documented experience as a teacher/trainer.
• Experience as a machine operator.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is a plus if you also have

• Experience in educating or supervising others.
• Experience with more machine types or work areas within construction.
• Pedagogical education or course leadership experience.
• Experience with GPS systems.

Employment type

Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. Start date is by agreement.
