MeetLab is a rapidly growing recruitment and staffing agency specializing in placing professional appointment setters with companies across Europe. We collaborate with ambitious clients in various industries — including SaaS, HR, marketing, telecommunications, public procurement, and finance — to help them grow through qualified B2B meetings.

Due to increased demand, we are now looking for driven appointment setters who are communicative, self-motivated, and inspired by creating business opportunities.

Responsibilities

As an appointment setter at MeetLab, you play a central role in our clients' sales processes. Your key tasks include:

• Making outbound calls to decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Scheduling qualified meetings for the sales teams you work with.
• Understanding client needs and matching them with our offerings.
• Working with modern tools such as CRM, dialers, and dashboards.
• Following structured work methods and meeting clear targets.
• Delivering professional calls that spark interest and build trust.
