Medlearn has a contract with the Swedish Public Employment Service to provide nursing assistant training in Eskilstuna and is now seeking pedagogical support for the operation.

Do you have a passion for helping other people through pedagogical support? Then this might be the job for you!

You will work within our nursing assistant training program and provide support to students studying healthcare and social care. You will mentor students based on individual needs and established study plans. You will encourage student participation, motivation, and engagement in the education, acting as pedagogical support. This may involve language support, study support, strategies, and study techniques. You will work on-site at our school and may also visit students during their Practical Training (APL).

In your work, you will collaborate with vocational teachers to ensure all students have the opportunity to complete their education. The training takes place in small groups or individually, offering good opportunities for flexible and individualized work.

As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and structured. You thrive in collaborative environments and value good relationships with students, colleagues, and clients. You have an interest in student learning and in developing pedagogical approaches.

Your profile
  • At least 60 higher education credits in pedagogy
  • Good computer skills and preferably experience in adult education
  • At least one (1) year of full-time professional experience working in pedagogical activities
  • Experience teaching Swedish is an advantage.
Additional information
  • The position is full-time, fixed-term for 6 months with the possibility of extension
  • Appointment will be made according to agreement
