We are looking for a social worker for a consulting assignment as a coordinator within individual and family care. The assignment involves coordinating and supporting several operational areas for both children and young people, as well as adults.

In this role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating work within operations covering children and young people, foster homes, family law, financial assistance, reception, investigation and follow-up, as well as adult services focusing on addiction and violence. The assignment requires a good overall understanding and particularly strong competence in the field of children's rights.

The work involves leading working groups in change with a focus on stability, clarity, and presence. The role also includes supporting employees in a changing operation, contributing to structure and calm, and being able to represent cases in the Administrative Court.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work
• At least five years of experience within individual and family care
• Experience working with children and young people, family law, and foster homes
• Experience working in the adult sector, such as addiction, violence, and financial assistance
• Leadership training
• Experience leading and coordinating working groups
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation such as SoL, LVU, LVM, LUL, and FB
• Ability to work independently and create structure
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience working in the Treserva operational system
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

About the Assignment

• Full-time position
• Assignment period: June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026
• The assignment is to be performed on-site
• The assignment covers the summer period and needs to be covered throughout the entire duration
