We are looking for a meticulous and structured accounting specialist with a focus on accounts payable to join our finance function. You will work with our Swedish and Danish entities within an international, project-based operation in the wind power sector.

The role is operational with significant autonomy and suits you if you thrive in a dynamic environment with varying paces, where your ability to create structure amidst change is crucial. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, traceability, and stability in financial flows.

Key Responsibilities

As an accounting specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Processing supplier invoices (registration, coding, and VAT)
• Checking and booking receipts related to timesheets, per diems, and deductions
• Supporting month-end closing and performing account reconciliations
• Handling intercompany invoicing
• Managing corporate cards and ensuring policy compliance
• Ensuring proper documentation in accordance with audit requirements
• Supporting ongoing finance and payroll-related tasks

Qualifications (Requirements)

• Post-secondary education in economics/accounting or equivalent work experience
• Experience with accounts payable or similar tasks
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping
• Good IT skills and system proficiency
• Very good command of Swedish and English, both written and spoken (Danish is an asset but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with account reconciliations and closing processes
• Experience with receipt and expense management (including per diems)
• Experience working across multiple entities or in an international environment
• Experience with accounting systems (Spiris)
