We are looking for new case handlers for assignments in central Stockholm!

The role involves customer support for our corporate clients, combining simpler administrative tasks with more complex investigations. As a Case Handler, you have a wide network and act as a daily support resource for both customers and colleagues. To thrive in this role, you need to be comfortable taking initiative and driving work forward in collaboration with others. You possess analytical skills, learn quickly, and can apply your knowledge in practice. Furthermore, you are curious, share your knowledge, welcome different perspectives, and suggest solutions.

Your personality is most important to us. We are looking for someone who is positive, structured, and a self-driven problem solver who steps in where needed without ego.

We are looking for you who:

  • Are comfortable with customer contact via various channels, both written and verbal, and possess a good command of both Swedish and English.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Thrive in a team environment and actively contribute to discussions and meetings.
  • Are meticulous and responsible.
  • Are accustomed to and enjoy working towards set goals and taking on challenges.
  • Have experience in the pension or insurance industry (advantageous).

Please note that a background check against the criminal register and payment defaults will be conducted for final candidates for this role.

Other information

The position involves being employed as a consultant by Barona, with the work initially being a fixed-term full-time (100%) contract for 6 months.

The planned start date is in the autumn, but we are flexible and can adjust the start date based on the right candidate's availability – with the possibility of an earlier start before summer.

Working hours are 08:00–17:00 at the client's office located in central Stockholm. The position is fully office-based, meaning work is performed 100% from the office, and remote or home working options are not offered.

In addition to salary, you are covered by benefits according to the current collective agreement.
