With our growth, we want to further raise the service level for our customers and are looking for a new employee for our installation and service team in Gothenburg.

The Role of Installer

As an Installer, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the installation and service of Kompan products. You will be based out of our warehouse and office in Gothenburg. In addition to working closely with your colleague in the team, you will collaborate with our project managers, field coordinators, and sales staff to ensure the highest quality in our assignments.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager at Kompan Sweden.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in construction and civil engineering work.
• Independent and structured: You can plan and prioritize your tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious: Child safety and products with many details require a sense for finish and precision.
• Team-oriented: You thrive in teams and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues and support functions.
• Service-oriented: With high customer contact, you need to be confident in meeting users of our products and delivering excellent customer service.

You should also be comfortable with traveling and staying overnight in other locations from time to time in connection with various assignments.

What you will work with

• Install Kompan play and fitness products according to drawings and safety standards.
• Perform service and repairs on existing facilities.
• Prepare ground, foundations, and mounting surfaces prior to installation.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule and quality, in close dialogue with project managers and field coordinators.
• Document completed work in our systems and report any deviations.
• Meet customers and users on-site and represent Kompan in a professional manner.

Your background

We would like you to have experience in one of the following areas:

• Civil engineering/Construction
• Assembly and installation
• Handling heavy construction machinery
• Use of laser levels
• Concrete pouring
• Front-end loader license
• Category B driver's license is required, with additional licenses being an advantage.

We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and the ability to work successfully in a team. You will be part of a two-person team where requirements are placed on cooperation, respect, and trust.
