You will be involved in development at multiple levels: organizational, team, subject-specific, personal, and for the students. Apprenticeship is a new educational format for us, and we need to hire more vocational teachers for our program due to increased application numbers for our school-based education.

Responsibilities

You will serve as a mentor for students and take responsibility for all aspects of mentoring. Your duties as a teacher will include planning, teaching, examinations, grading, and evaluation. Teaching primarily takes place during school-based education. You will work within both work teams and subject-specific teams. You will visit students during their workplace learning (APL) and, together with workplace supervisors, assess the students' performance and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Vocational teacher with qualifications to teach in Construction and Civil Engineering.
• Applicants without formal vocational teacher education are also welcome to apply.
• Knowledge in house construction and carpentry.
• You are creative, flexible, and have good knowledge within the vocational field.
• You combine theoretical knowledge with practical work tasks.
• You have the ability to motivate students in their learning and communicate in a positive, attentive, and clear manner.
• You are skilled at building good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, and are open to collaboration.

• Interviews are conducted continuously throughout the application period.
• Permanent position with a probationary period.
