Klättermusen is looking for a Studio Coordinator

As Studio Coordinator at Klättermusen, you are the operational backbone of our in-house studio. You manage our entire marketing sample archive and ensure the smooth flow of products and assets across e-commerce, content creation, and seasonal needs. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone who is highly organized and genuinely passionate about outdoor gear, functionality, and visual craft.

You work closely with the Creative Producer to support seasonal production, while owning the everyday systems that make creative work possible—from sample management and shoot prep to platform administration for our digital archive. You are curious about the product, understand its real-world use, and bring a practical yet aesthetic eye to how things are handled on and off set.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample & Archive Ownership

• Maintain and organize the marketing sample archive across seasons.
• Label, track, and coordinate samples for internal and external shoots.
• Manage inbound/outbound sample flows (including courier coordination, check-in/out, and inventory).
• Support cross-functional needs for sales meetings, clinics, and GTM materials.

Studio Production Support

• Plan and prep for e-commerce and content shoots in collaboration with the Creative Producer.
• Assist with styling and outfit planning on the studio set; liaise with stylists and talent as needed.
• Handle shoot logistics: sample packing, checklists, and smooth on-site coordination.
• Support post-shoot wrap: returns, sample sorting, and shoot documentation.

Digital Asset Management

• Administer Klättermusen’s digital archive (platform owner).
• Tag and organize assets based on internal structure and product logic.
• Track image delivery, missing assets, and help maintain production documentation.

Workflow & Communication

• Keep relevant trackers, calendars, and sample logs updated.
• Join key planning and check-in meetings during shoot and campaign phases.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer during peak seasons (e.g., SMS, workbooks).

Requirements & Traits

• Naturally organized and detail-oriented, with a calm, solution-first mindset.
• Interest in technical outdoor products, styling, and design aesthetics.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving studio environment with many moving parts.
• Clear communicator and willing collaborator with multiple departments.
• Experience with digital tools like Qbank, Excel, or Asana is a plus.

The position is based in Stockholm and starts as soon as possible.
