About the Position

You can start immediately after a brief introduction. The position offers varying working hours, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. This is a perfect side job for students or anyone looking for extra income, but it can also be combined into a full-time role depending on your preferences (25-100%).

We are looking for you who:

• Are interested in working with people who have significant support needs to live their lives on the same terms as you and me.
• Have a strong work ethic and see the bigger picture in every assignment.
• Take the time to listen to the user's needs, and are attentive and humble in your interactions.
• Are confident in your professional role and maintain a professional attitude.
• Have experience working with people with multiple disabilities (preferred).
• Enjoy working with established routines but can also make independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes.
• Have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation and well-being of the person you are working with.
