We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your client's needs, are sensitive, and humble. You are secure in your professional role and have a professional approach.
We prefer that you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also, when necessary, make independent decisions based on the individual's needs and wishes.
You have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation of the person you are working with.
