We are now looking for an engaged mentor within the framework of the Swedish Public Employment Service's service, Rusta och Matcha 2.

You will work together with job seekers and support them on their path to employment or further studies.

As a mentor, your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Mapping and coaching participants based on their individual needs and goals
• Supporting participants in job searching, CV writing, and matching with employers
• Collaborating with employers, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Documenting and following up on how participants are progressing

The position is a temporary assignment at 50% part-time for one month, with the possibility of extension if the need persists.

You meet the requirements for the position if you can verify one of the following alternatives with written documentation:

Alternative 1

• Education: University education of at least 180 hp (120 p according to the old system). Any field of study deemed suitable for the position.
• Work experience: At least 2 years of full-time experience (part-time is accepted if the total time equals 2 years full-time).

Alternative 2

• Education: At least 1 year of full-time post-secondary studies with at least a passing grade. Approved education types include university, vocational college (KY), university college (YH), police training, or military training.
• Work experience: At least 3 years of full-time experience (part-time accepted) in one of the following areas:
• Team leadership with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Case handling in personnel matters (not solely administration)
• Work with labor market and employment issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance
