Personal Assistant for Man with Disability in Nyköping

Funkiscoachen (A.E Gruppen) helps individuals eligible for personal assistance to run their own assistance business. The employer has a collective agreement.
We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man with a herniated disc, which results in various functional impairments.
The man needs help with his daily life 24/7.
Interest in sports, football & floorball would be an advantage.
You should be comfortable working both independently and in a team.
Experience with similar functional impairments is meritorious but not a requirement, as training will be provided.
Other meritorious experience includes working with ventilators, cough assist machines & tracheostomy care.
You should be able to work longer shifts. Shifts are agreed upon, including days, evenings & nights. We are primarily looking for a casual employee.
A Category B driver's license is an advantage as the man has a car. The workplace is located in a central part of Nyköping.
Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a clear advantage.
