As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving and developing projects within socially critical infrastructure. You will work closely with operations and be responsible for creating structure, clarity, and momentum throughout the entire project lifecycle – from planning to final delivery. The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you are expected to combine a business-oriented focus with a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will become part of a cohesive team that together contributes to developing and strengthening important societal functions.

In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects from start to finish and invoicing. You coordinate the work of technicians and manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities. You maintain ongoing dialogue with clients, internal functions, and subcontractors, and participate in meetings related to project execution. Furthermore, you are responsible for calculations, budgets, financial follow-up, and results, ensuring profitability in collaboration with the controller. The role also includes working in various systems, administrative tasks, and an active contribution to creating a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, team leadership, or a similar role
• Understanding of economics, budgeting, and follow-up
• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience from electrical, contracting, or technical operations

• Workplace: Varying locations (Karlskrona, Borås, Örebro, Norrköping, Nyköping, etc. – please specify a location that matches your preferences)
• Remote work: Limited opportunities
• Employment type: Consulting assignment
• Assignment period: 12 months with the possibility of transition to the client
• Working hours: Daytime
