We are looking for a flexible person who can work this summer and also step in with short notice when needed.

As a customer service representative with us in Gothenburg, you will become a key person in the team and contribute to creating memorable customer experiences through top-class service. You build long-term relationships and strengthen customer loyalty by being an engaged and trustworthy salesperson and point of contact for both our corporate and private customers.

Here, you will work in a tight-knit team where the pace is fast, days vary, and your work makes a difference – both for our customers and colleagues. We value your attention to detail, your drive, and your willingness to go the extra mile.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide the best possible service to our retail customers and ensure they have a top-class experience.
• Drive sales towards customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Contribute to ensuring the store is always welcoming, inspiring, and sales-oriented.
• Receive and register service cases.
• Handle emails and case management systems.

• Retail experience is an asset and seen as a plus. However, the most important thing is your personality and your commitment.
