We are now looking for a Production Technician who wants to be a key person in our team. Here, you will work broadly with development, optimization, and support for production processes – with great opportunities to influence both technology, working methods, and results.

Your Role with Us

As a Production Technician, you will:

• Develop and optimize production processes for both new and existing products.
• Support operators and be responsible for maintaining and creating CNC programs.
• Work in CAD/CAM environments for design and manufacturing.
• Ensure correct fixturing, tool selection, and metrological methods.
• Perform quality controls and measurement analyses.
• Participate in automation and efficiency projects.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and design to solve technical challenges.

We Believe You Have

• Technical education in production, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with CNC programming as well as CAD/CAM.
• Good knowledge of metrology and the use of measuring instruments.
• Experience with fixturing and tool optimization.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems in a structured way.
• The ability to work independently while thriving in a team.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
