Responsibilities

The role naturally focuses on data management and PIM. You are curious about configuring solutions, you learn by doing, and you enjoy being hands-on where it creates the most value.

You act as a central link between the customer and our delivery team. You ask the right questions, interpret and challenge customer needs, and guide them towards solutions that create real business value and better customer experiences. Here, you have a warm, flat-hierarchy, and highly competent team around you – full of knowledge, curiosity, and always someone to ask or get inspired by.

You function as a strategic advisor throughout the assignment – from requirements analysis and workshops to ongoing dialogue and change management. Together with the project team, you lead workshops focusing on both system support and business change, helping the customer navigate through change with a clear change management perspective.

Requirements

We would love for you to bring:

• Experience from IT and e-commerce where you have worked closely with both technology and business.
• Interest in and experience within Data Management and/or PIM.
• Experience leading workshops focused on system support or business development.
• Previous experience in a consultancy role is advantageous, especially in customer-facing assignments with responsibility for advisory and delivery.

Please note - This position is based in Sweden and requires fluency in the Swedish language.
