About the role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client's company. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

💼 Responsibilities

In the role of Air Freight Forwarder, you will work broadly with both import and export of air shipments. You are responsible for the entire operational process and drive cases from start to finish. The work is ad hoc-driven, and you handle multiple shipments with varying complexity in parallel.

You maintain regular contact with customers, suppliers, and the international office, where much of the communication takes place in English. The role requires you to be self-sufficient, take ownership of your work, and thrive in an environment where teamwork and problem-solving are key.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Handle air shipments within import and export from booking to invoicing
• Pricing of shipments in dialogue with Operations and Pricing teams
• Contact with customers, airlines, suppliers, and global offices
• Ensure correct documentation and supplier invoices
• Work in the proprietary business system

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Some years of experience in air freight forwarding, preferably within both import and export
• Good familiarity with working operationally with the entire shipment flow
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good knowledge of English

To thrive in this role, you are unpretentious and confident in operational work. You take responsibility for your tasks, are action-oriented, and accustomed to driving your work forward independently. In a smaller organization, you are flexible, curious, and open to learning new things – even outside your previous experience. You appreciate collaboration but are also comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions.
