A health center located on the outskirts of Eskilstuna where all professions are represented. We have approximately 11,500 registered patients, and our premises also house a family center. We are perceived as a pleasant workplace with approximately 50 employees. The work climate is characterized by joy in work, with close and non-hierarchical collaboration with all professions within the health center. Work regarding our patients is team-based. This strengthens our patient safety, and naturally, our patients are always the focus of our work.

We strive to be at the forefront regarding new working methods, digitalization, and see opportunities in constantly developing and improving our patient care. We want to offer a fun, stimulating, pleasant, and developmental job in every way. Operational development regarding direct access/emergency flow, home care patients, and SMO (coordinated medical care) for adults with disabilities is ongoing.

Your Responsibilities

We can offer a varied job where you meet patients of all ages and from different cultures. We have started a direct access/emergency flow where patients book themselves. Constant variation of tasks such as telephone advice, digital healthcare contacts, and clinic visits. Patient round work together with different professions. You drive your own work but also contribute to the whole at the health center and develop the operations together with us. As an employee with us, there are good opportunities for development.

Your Competence

You are a licensed nurse/primary care nurse. We would like you to have worked as a nurse previously, but this is not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally positive and has an interest in personal and organizational development as our operations grow and adapt to patient needs. Perhaps you have a special interest or curiosity in areas such as diabetes, heart failure, blood pressure, incontinence, wounds, or something else you would like to work with. You are comfortable working independently and making your own decisions while having good collaboration skills. You have a patient-centered approach, are responsive, and flexible in your work. You see solutions instead of problems and have a good ability to prioritize.

You are service-oriented and can give "that little extra" to the patients you meet.

You have good computer skills and experience with the medical record system Cosmic.

Great importance will be attached to personal qualities.

Employment Type
