In this role, you drive business from bidding to delivery in technically complex projects and programs within the defense and security sector. You come in early in the process, contribute to bidding work, and then take overall responsibility for execution, control, and delivery according to contract.

You work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners in an environment where quality, structure, and security are crucial. The role lies at the intersection of technology, business, and customer, giving you significant influence throughout the entire project lifecycle. • You lead technically complex projects and programs from early business phase to final delivery.
• You participate in and drive bidding work towards customers within the defense and security sector.
• You ensure delivery according to requirements, schedule, budget, and contract.
• You act as the bridge between technology, business, and customer, creating momentum among various stakeholders.
• You drive structure, control, and risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• You build trusting collaborations with customers, internal teams, and partners in complex delivery environments.

• 8–15 years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Experience with complex deliveries within systems, IT, integration, or similar.
• Good habit of combining delivery responsibility with business understanding.
• Experience working in environments with high demands on quality, structure, and responsibility.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience with deliveries to actors within defense and security.
• Experience with bidding, procurement, or bid/capture management.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, such as LUFS, and security requirements.
• Background in defense, security, or critical infrastructure.
