In the role of nursing assistant at Forenede Care, you work to provide excellent care, service, and medical support to our residents. Here, you make a difference every day while having fun at work. In the nursing assistant position, you work with care and support based on the client's wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. Your tasks include helping with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is a key part of our work, ensuring that all our residents can live life to the fullest, for their entire lives. This can range from chatting, playing games, going on excursions, taking bike rides, or finding fun activities to do together. You also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training exercises.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues for part-time positions in a permanent employment with a probationary period with a workload of 75%, starting as agreed.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) as a nursing assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in elderly care and dementia care is considered an asset.

To thrive in this role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also being skilled at building good relationships and having a service-oriented mindset. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.

Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency.
