Here, you will play a key role in the development of next-generation energy systems. You will work closely with the technology from idea and concept to functional hardware prototypes and finished products. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, testing, and improving, and who has experience in developing complete electronic systems where electronics, mechanics, and design work together.

About the role
As an Electronics Engineer in R&D, you will work hands-on with the development and verification of hardware. You are a vital part of the development team and contribute both technically and practically throughout the entire process, from the first prototype to the final solution.

Responsibilities:

• Build, test, and further develop hardware prototypes
• Actively participate in the development of new products and technical solutions
• Work hands-on with electronics, mechanics, cabling, enclosures, and system integration
• Troubleshoot, measure, verify, and document prototypes and subsystems
• Contribute experience on how ideas can be turned into robust and manufacturable products
• Collaborate with colleagues in electronics, software, mechanics, and production

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in product development within electronics
• Practical experience in building complete electronic systems, including mechanics and integration
• Experience working from concept to functional prototype, with a good understanding of the whole picture, not just the circuit board
• Experience in hardware development and prototyping
• Good understanding of electronics, measurement technology, troubleshooting, and system verification
• Ability to work in a structured and flexible manner in a development environment
• A strong technical interest and a clear hands-on attitude
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

Qualifications: Experience with power electronics, energy systems, charging infrastructure, battery systems, or industrial electronics is a plus.
