Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that creates personalized assistance in collaboration with the client. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

Are you a woman or young lady with a positive attitude, cheerful, resourceful, flexible, and responsible, with good physical fitness? We are looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful teenager who enjoys trampolines and swimming, living with a wonderful family in Lomma and Svedala. She has autism and challenging behaviors that require a low-affective approach, but personal chemistry is absolutely essential.

During school weeks, working hours are in the evenings, approximately 16:00–22:00. During weekends, shifts are between 10:00–17:00. The workplace alternates between Lomma and Svedala every other week, with approximately 75% of the hours in Svedala (primarily on weekends).

We are also looking for summer substitutes.
