On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Foreman for their installation department. Here you will have a key role in the daily operations and become an important part of driving projects forward – from planning to final installation.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established and highly reputable installation company in West Sweden with extensive experience in electrical installations, service, and contracting. The business is characterized by professional pride, quality, and close collaboration between management, installers, and customers.

The company is in a positive phase of development and is now strengthening its organization by recruiting a Foreman to the installation department.

This position is a recruitment assignment – Toptemp manages the process, but the employment is direct with the client company.

Location: Uddevalla or Trollhättan.

About the Role

As a Foreman, you are responsible for leading and coordinating the daily work within the installation operations. You act as the link between project management, installers, and the customer, ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality.

The role is operational and close to the business activities, where you spend most of your time on-site in the projects, supporting your employees in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work within electrical installation
• Plan staffing, work tasks, and schedules
• Ensure work is performed according to current regulations, drawings, and quality standards
• Provide support to installers on technical and practical matters
• Participate in construction and production meetings
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors
• Monitor workplace environment, safety, and order
• Contribute to good cooperation and a positive team spirit

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a background as an electrician specializing in installations
• Has experience in leadership, team responsibility, or a similar role
• Is confident in reading drawings and technical documentation
• Has good knowledge of installation work and occupational health and safety requirements
• Communicates clearly and builds trust within the team
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• ECY certificate
• Experience with contracting projects
• Previous work as a leading technician or site supervisor
• Experience with customer contact and coordination on-site
