Do you want to work in a role where you can combine technology, service, and administration? Sverull is now looking for an Inside Sales Representative/Customer Support to join our office in Jönköping. Here, you will handle customer dialogue via phone and email, helping customers find the right solutions within Sverull's product range. The role involves understanding customer needs and guiding them correctly, which requires technical understanding and the ability to quickly get up to speed with various cases. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email • Working with orders, quotes, and administration • Supporting customers in product selection and solutions • Collaborating closely with colleagues and field sales representatives You will become part of a team that values collaboration and knowledge sharing, where the willingness to learn is just as important as previous experience.

Person Profile

We are looking for you who have a technical interest and thrive in a more administrative and customer-facing role. You enjoy solving problems and helping customers – even when it requires thinking one step further. You might have experience from inside sales, administration, or industry – or have built your technical understanding in other ways. We believe that you: • Have a technical interest and good problem-solving skills • Are structured and enjoy administrative tasks • Are communicative and service-oriented • Are proficient with computers (experience with business systems/Excel is a plus) • Have drive and a willingness to develop
