Are you the person we are looking for at our cooperative preschool, Romano Ilo? Are you curious about how a staff cooperative works and develops, or do you already have that experience? Imagine joining our team with your experience, joy, and knowledge, working alongside our wonderful, professional educators and our lovely children.

We have two departments: one for younger children and one for older children. On each department, one preschool teacher and two childcare workers work full-time. Our cook serves meals and bread made from scratch.

Everyone at the preschool is driven by a strong desire to develop and improve our operations. We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent proficiency in Swedish, as we take this seriously and our parents truly want their children to learn correct Swedish.
• Has knowledge of Montessori pedagogy, TAKK (Total Communication), and the Bornholm model, as we actively work with these methods.
• Can play a musical instrument (this is a plus).
