Work in a lively and varied role where you take significant responsibility for the customer experience. Forget monotonous days where you only sit and answer the phone – with us, the work is broad, engaging, and full of exciting problem-solving.
Your days will be filled with, among other things:
- Customer Support and Advisory: You handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and guide our customers regarding our products and solutions.
- Problem Solving: You act proactively and solution-oriented to ensure that every customer feels heard and receives the right help.
- Variety: You move quickly between different types of customer cases and maintain continuous contact with other departments. No day is like the other, which means time flies and the work remains fun.

- A strong salary: We offer a fixed and secure monthly salary of 28,000 – 34,000 SEK, based entirely on your previous experience.

- Unbeatable working hours: Work hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday, but on some days you have the privilege of flexing out and finishing as early as 16:00. You also completely avoid evenings, weekends, and any form of overtime.

We would like you to:
- Be receptive, patient, and able to keep your cool even when many things are happening at once.

- Express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Big plus: If you have worked with customer service or support previously, it is meritorious, but it is absolutely not a requirement. We ensure you receive the product training and support you need to feel confident in your role!
