MASTER BROWS® is an exclusive beauty studio and academy in Gothenburg. We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented receptionist who wants to grow with our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and create a warm and professional customer experience
- Handle bookings, customer service, and light administration
- Assist in the daily operations of the studio
- Ensure the studio always maintains high standards
- With the right competence, there is an opportunity to develop within beauty and wellness
We are looking for someone who:
- Is positive, responsible, and service-oriented
- Has an eye for detail and premium service
- Speaks Swedish and English
- Experience in service, reception, or beauty is an advantage
