Job Responsibilities
The work includes standard nursing duties within municipal primary care, for example:
- Medical assessments and nursing interventions
- Medication management and follow-up
- Collaboration with care staff, doctors, and other professions
- Documentation and record-keeping in current operational systems
- Planning and follow-up of patient interventions in home healthcare
Qualifications
- Licensed nurse
- Experience working in municipal primary care is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
