Do you want a key role in developing, leading, and improving quality management systems in a thriving and growing business where quality, safety, and continuous improvement are in focus? We are now looking for an engaged and experienced QMS Specialist who wants to ensure that Skruf Snus products maintain the highest quality.

Your Role
As a Quality Management System Specialist, you play a central role in ensuring and further developing Skruf Snus's quality management system. You work closely with production, support functions, and management with the goal of driving improvement initiatives related to quality, regulatory compliance, and safety. The role combines strategic work with operational efforts and offers significant autonomy and responsibility.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Establish, manage, and further develop quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits, as well as support external and regulatory audits
• Ensure compliance with internal requirements and external regulations through risk assessments and trend analyses (e.g., FDA, EMA, ISO)
• Ensure correct lifecycle management and development of quality documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, SOPs, and work instructions)
• Administer and further develop eQMS and support the organization in its use
• Work with deviations, CAPA, and root cause analyses
• Monitor quality KPIs, contribute to training initiatives, and maintain a high level of safety and quality in operations

Your Profile
We are looking for you who have experience working with quality management systems and thrive in a role where structure, analysis, and improvement work are in focus. You collaborate easily with different functions, are communicative, and confident in driving issues independently.

Requirements:

• Experience working with quality management systems
• Deep understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Good experience with eQMS tools and document control
• Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analyses (e.g., 5-why, Fishbone, DMAIC)
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good knowledge of English

Merits:

• Relevant higher education or university degree
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or improvement work
• Experience with audits, CAPA management, and regulatory environments
• Previous experience from industrial or manufacturing environments
