About the role

As a personal assistant, you will be a support in all parts of daily life. You act as our client's arms and legs, but it is equally important to be their voice. Therefore, you must be able to write and speak Swedish fluently, as we document the client's daily life. Sometimes there are also activities outside the home, so if you enjoy being social and flexible, you are welcome to apply – your presence becomes an important part of our client's sense of security and joy in everyday life.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a calm, empathetic approach. You are perceptive, take initiative, and enjoy creating a pleasant atmosphere at home. You are non-smoking. Chemistry is important to us, so we are looking for you who are positive, patient, and look forward to becoming a significant part of our client's life.

Experience in personal assistance or similar work is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are engaged and confident in your role.

Employment level: Full-time or part-time, working hours by agreement.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed by agreement. Other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement, the position runs as long as the assistance assignment lasts.
