Are you a communicative person with previous experience being the hub of the wheel when it comes to project economics (preferably in infrastructure or construction projects)?

Entrecon Consulting is now seeking a driven and engaged Project Controller/Project Economist for a long-term assignment with a client, starting immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure professional and business-like work within the financial area.
• Economic reconciliation of results and forecasts together with the project team.
• Provide support to the project manager to steer the project towards set financial goals.
• Monitor and report on contracting costs.
• Monitor the client's interest regarding transparency in reporting.
• Provide expert support and advice to the business regarding project economics.
• Work on improvement initiatives, structure, and working methods within financial monitoring related to projects.

Qualifications:

• University education in economics or equivalent documented competence acquired in other ways.
• At least two years of experience as a Project Controller/Project Economist.
• Experience working with monitoring in infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Experience with project economics in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Economic understanding and experience of work within accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of accounting systems (preferably Unit4 Business World (UBW), formerly Agresso) and Excel.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Communicative and service-oriented.
