Do you want to help shape and develop work within asthma and COPD in primary care? We are looking for an engaged and driven nurse/registered nurse for our health centre, where you will have a central role in further developing our asthma/COPD clinic.

Ronneby Health Centre is part of Hälsoval. Here, we are about 35 employees from various professions working together to meet the needs of our approximately 9,500 registered patients. We have specialist nurse clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, senior care, and child health services.

About the Job

As an asthma/COPD nurse at the health centre, you will be responsible for the development and design of our new asthma/COPD clinic. You will play a key role in creating structure, quality, and continuity in care. The work involves developing methods that can meet the healthcare needs of the future, including approaches for digital care. In addition to your work with asthma/COPD, the role includes tasks such as telephone advice and working in our assessment team, which consists of a doctor, a nurse, and an assistant nurse.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered district nurse/registered nurse with further education in asthma/COPD. Experience from working in primary care is meritorious. Further education in diabetes is also considered an advantage. You have a genuine interest in helping people and always work with the patient in focus. You are passionate about change work and the implementation of new ideas and methods.

You are confident in your professional role and are a positive colleague who contributes to a good work climate. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, initiative, and appreciate variety. Personal suitability is given great weight.
