About the position

We are currently seeking a personal assistant for a 28-year-old wheelchair-using woman living in Jönköping. The duties include daily routines, personal hygiene, assistance with meals, and help with dressing and undressing. Our client is an active woman who advocates for herself and enjoys training. Other interests include cooking, baking, crafting, and relaxing in front of the TV in the evenings.

We can offer you a part-time position with fixed hours on Wednesdays every week, with working hours 10:30–18:00 or 10:30–21:30. There are also fixed hours every other Saturday from 10:30–17:00. In addition, extra shifts may be added as needed, for example in case of absence in the work group.

About you

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of her life and contribute to her independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are sensitive, responsible, flexible, and cooperative. Good physical fitness is required as the job involves some transfers. Most importantly, there must be personal chemistry between you and the client, which may be decisive in the final selection.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record (belastningsregisterutdrag). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will include both the certificate of no criminal record and the certificate of suspicion (misstankeregister).
