We are currently looking for substitutes who want to work with making interventions for several of our clients. Similar to home care services, you will travel to the clients to assist with double staffing. During a workday, several interventions are performed at each client's home, and in between, you will have breaks, for example for lunch. Our clients live in Kalmar and on the island of Öland and require interventions during all hours of the day and night.

We are looking for substitutes for both day and night shifts.

Your background and personal qualities:

We would prefer that you have previous experience working as a personal assistant and/or in home care. You enjoy working with people and have an empathetic ability. You are accustomed to working independently, which means you must be able to take initiative and show creativity. It is important that you are confident in yourself, have inner calm, and possess great patience to be able to interpret the client's signs and signals. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

You must not have fur allergies as pets are present in some of the homes.

A driver's license for manual transmission vehicles is required as you will be driving between interventions.
