Junior Accounting Consultant for Complex Revenue Streams

Effective immediately, we are looking for a junior accounting-oriented consultant for an assignment within a company characterized by complex revenue streams and large volumes of data. This role is ideal for you who have at least 2 years of experience from auditing and thrive in a position involving details, systems, and analysis – and who wish to work operationally with accounting close to the business.

About the Role

The assignment is hands-on and involves broad responsibilities within accounting, with a special focus on revenue streams, quality assurance, and controls. You will work in an environment with high complexity, numerous transactions, and multiple systems, where structure and analytical skills are crucial. The role includes both execution work and control of others' work, requiring precision and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Investigation of complex revenue streams
• Ongoing bookkeeping and manual journal entries
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Control and review of reconciliations performed by others
• Analysis of differences and discrepancies
• Working with large datasets in ERP systems and Excel

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of experience from auditing
• Good understanding of accounting standards according to K3
• Experience working with high transaction volumes
• Strong system proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Good knowledge of Excel; prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not required
