Olofström Health Centre is part of Hälsoval (Health Choice). Here, we are approximately 25 employees from various professions working together to meet the needs of our over 7,000 registered patients. We also have a senior clinic in adjacent premises. We offer specialist nurse clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD/smoking cessation, and child health services. The health centre is environmentally certified.

About the Job

We are looking for you who want to work within primary care and, together with other professional groups and competencies, develop the health centre. The role of a diabetes nurse with us is varied and involves tasks such as clinic work, telephone advice, and work in the acute team. You will have your own clinic within your area of expertise and work together with your colleagues.

About You

We are looking for you who are a registered district nurse/nurse and have further education in diabetes. We welcome you who are confident in your professional role and can work independently in patient care. Collaboration within and between professions with the patient at the center is important to us, so you need to thrive in this environment. We see that you have a genuine interest and commitment to primary care and a strong interest in developing our mission in the right direction to meet the needs of future patients in close care. We are looking for a positive colleague who contributes to a good work climate. Since we are keen on finding a colleague who fits in with us, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability in this recruitment.

Region Blekinge mobilizes all permanent staff for wartime duties (krigsplacering).
