Here, you will find colleagues who are engaged, unpretentious, solution-oriented, and eager to share knowledge with one another. This collaboration extends across borders, as the company operates in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the UK.

- Optimizing inventory value and turnover rate
- Participating in sustainability efforts and supplier assessments
About you
To thrive in this role, you need to be curious, engaged, socially confident, and proactive in building connections. We are looking for someone who enjoys structure, technology, and analysis—and who is not afraid to take initiative and engage in dialogue both internally and externally.
We believe you...
- Have experience in purchasing or a related role
- Understand workflows and processes within manufacturing industry
- Are proficient with systems and have experience with ERP systems
- Enjoy understanding how things work and correlate
We would be especially pleased if you have experience with Monitor, sustainability work, supplier follow-up, and discrepancy handling. However, the most important factor is your willingness to contribute, develop, and take responsibility – at El-Björn, we highly value engagement and holistic understanding.
Where culture meets humanity
In this role, you will combine technology-oriented purchasing with elements of improvement work, analysis, and daily interaction with production, development, and warehousing. This is perfect for you if you thrive in a role where the big picture is just as important as the details—and where you can influence both working methods and future solutions. You will join a workplace with a strong value system focused on teamwork, quality, and responsibility. Here, you will have opportunities for development and a daily routine where you work close to decision-making and can make an impact!
