Your new role

As a Buyer at El-Björn in Anderstorp, you will take on a broad and important role close to the core operations. You will have significant influence over workflows, working methods, and future improvements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to...

• Ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and analyzing needs based on forecasts
• Updating and maintaining purchasing parameters in the business system
• Monitoring deliveries and handling discrepancies
• Optimizing inventory value and turnover rate
• Participating in sustainability efforts and supplier assessments

We believe you...

• Have experience in purchasing or a related role
• Understand workflows and processes within manufacturing industry
• Are proficient with systems and have experience with ERP systems
• Enjoy understanding how things work and correlate

We would be especially pleased if you have experience with Monitor, sustainability work, supplier follow-up, and discrepancy handling. However, the most important factor is your willingness to contribute, develop, and take responsibility – at El-Björn, we highly value engagement and holistic understanding.
